Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using this website or placing any order. By accessing or using this website in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of this site.


1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of this website constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, regardless of whether you complete a purchase. These Terms apply to all visitors, browsers, and customers. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


2. Eligibility & Account Use

By using this site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age;

  • You are a legal resident of the United States;

  • You are authorized to use any payment method you provide;

  • All information you submit is accurate, current, and complete.

You may hold only one account. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts, fraudulent accounts, or accounts associated with prior policy violations, without notice or liability. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account or IP address.


3. Refund & Return Policy

3.1 Return Window

Returns are accepted only within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date as recorded by the carrier. Requests made after this window will be declined without exception. The return window is measured from delivery date, not order date.

3.2 Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original, unaltered condition;

  • In original packaging with all tags, inserts, and accessories included;

  • Accompanied by photographic proof of item condition at time of return request.

Items that do not meet these requirements will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Clearance or sale items;

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase;

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration;

  • Orders where the 15-day window has elapsed.

3.4 Restocking Fee

All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. This fee applies to all returns, including those for non-defective items.

3.5 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrectly shipped. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

3.6 Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer prior to contacting us and allowing a reasonable resolution period constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute all chargebacks regardless of the stated reason;

  • Report fraudulent chargeback activity to relevant authorities and credit reporting agencies;

  • Permanently ban any customer who initiates a chargeback, with no future purchase privileges;

  • Pursue recovery of chargeback-related fees and costs.

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first at the email address listed on this site and allow up to 5 business days for a response before initiating any payment dispute.

3.7 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. We are not responsible for processing delays caused by your financial institution.


4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Cap on Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, OR ANY PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

4.2 Exclusion of Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

4.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

4.4 Shipping & Delivery

We are not liable for shipping carrier delays, misdelivery, lost packages after carrier confirmation of delivery, or damage caused during transit once the package has left our facility. All shipping-related claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government action, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or internet outages.

4.6 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless this company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of this site or any product; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right.


5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activity

You agree not to use this site or any product for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Submitting false, fraudulent, or unauthorized orders;

  • Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment methods;

  • Using automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access site content or pricing data;

  • Exploiting pricing errors, system glitches, or promotional codes in bad faith;

  • Reselling products purchased from this site without prior written authorization;

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other users;

  • Submitting false reviews, reports, or customer service claims;

  • Any activity intended to defraud, deceive, or circumvent our policies.

5.1 Pricing Error Policy

In the event of a pricing error, system malfunction, or unauthorized discount, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, including after an order confirmation has been sent. An order confirmation email does not constitute a binding contract. We will notify you of any such cancellation and issue a full refund of any amount charged.

5.2 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts for any reason at any time, with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, customers with a history of chargebacks, returns abuse, fraudulent activity, or policy violations.

5.3 Fraudulent Orders

Fraudulent orders — including those placed with stolen payment credentials, false shipping addresses, or deceptive identities — will be reported to law enforcement, payment processors, and relevant fraud databases.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to product photographs, descriptions, logos, graphics, text, and design — is the exclusive property of this company and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability.


7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.2 Mandatory Binding Arbitration

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THIS SITE SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and shall take place in Clark County, Nevada.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. You acknowledge that by agreeing to arbitration, you are waiving your right to a trial by jury.

7.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST US. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY. This waiver is a material inducement for us to provide access to this site.

7.4 Statute of Limitations

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of this site or any purchase must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred, regardless of any applicable statute of limitations.

7.5 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, protect intellectual property rights, or collect outstanding amounts owed.
